No repairs no management

Pros:
It’s a quiet building
Cons:
No management at all
They clean the building once a month when it’s time to pick up rent
No repairs unless they threaten with I’m not paying rent this month
Apartment and building floors are all damage and weak
Advice to owner:
Manage your property better
Take care of the building
Clean more regularly
Make repairs on a time matter
