Former Tenant
Pros:
Large living room space, good bed room size, lots of natural light.
Cons:
Smallest kitchen I’ve ever seen in my life. Rodent problem, cockroaches & wasp. The super is barely available. The dryers never work and the washing machines are full of mold. Landlord is hard to reach and “handyman” is incompetent.
Advice to owner:
Do better.
