Building is near rail and bus transportation.
The building is old, has mice, roaches, and the high rent and you pay for your own utilities. The apartments are sub par (at least the apartment I rent): shorty workmanship, the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen are loose, chipped, or broken—it is a basic, unimpressive, standard apartment. The building is old and unattractive.
I have none. I won’t be renewing my lease.
