Pros:
Large apartment. Nice area.
Cons:
No washer and dryer allowed in apartments yet we have limited machines that hadn’t worked in months and then got new washers but terrible at cleaning. It takes 3 cycles for a good clean.
Building has no cameras in hallways. People easily come up and steal and potentially harm people.
Elevator is better but only after neighbors made numerous complaints.

It’s a good building with good people

Pros:
Neighbors are kind, there is almost not noise at anytime, unlike other buildings, it’s clean, super is cool and helps within a short time after you call him.
Cons:
You’re not provided with brand new appliances, Mice infestation is not well taken care of.
Advice to owner:
Please do something about the mice, it’s unpleasant and it is messing up all my furnitures.
