Poor building conditions
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments, laundry room and elevator
Cons:
Dirty building and noisy junkie neighbors on top floor
Advice to owner:
Clean it up from top to bottom. Walls throughout building are filthy, floors are brevet clean, even when they mop once a month the floors still look dirty and leaves a dirty mop smell. Elevator walls and floor are dirty, lobby floors are dirty with no mat or carpet to collect dirt and rain/snow, someone could fall. Windows throughout building are dirty. Laundry room is Dirty, including washers/dryers. Apartment on 3rd floor always smells horrible and leads to hallway throughout building. Hard communication with the Super who does not speak any English. Building management is very very much not responsive and rude at times. Mail/packages get stolen sometimes. Just clean it up, the building should not be this dirty.
