Beware of house

Pros:
Place to reside if you have nothing
Cons:
Residents are very dirty and no one cleans after themselves. The house always smells because the only windows are in the room. The home smells like weed most days due to pot head residents. The landlord barely does his job. All problems with the home that are reported are fixed half ass. There is an unresolved pest problem that was never addressed. You will see rats across the basement and cockroaches every now and then. The rodents even were seen on the second floor of the house. The third floor constantly leaks and drips into the ceiling of the second floor rooms during big storms. The landlord also does not provide any keys to you to check your mail. Although he lives downstairs, he is always upstairs baby sitting the Tenants like there criminals. While upstairs he will drop your mail at your rooms floor and examine the home every couple of days. There are also cameras installed that watch your every move in the inside of the apartment. The landlord is very money hungry. Anyway he can make more money he will. That includes raising rent or raising the price of the washing machines located in the basement. The landlord also expects you to repaint the room upon leaving. That is fair but the condition you receive the apartment does not match the condition that is expected of you when you leave.
