Pros:
It’s dirty nothing I like about this building
My landlord Tami Burgess don’t care bout me or my family it’s nothing but violations in this apartment. My worst and bad decision I ever made when I was doing apartment hunting while I was in the shelter in the past 6month of 2019 07/2019-01/2020
Cons:
No heat, no hot water, no stove( my landlord Tami Burgess turned my stove off since October) several violations in here she don’t fix anything in here at all 723 East 223rd Street Apt 2F Bronx New York 10466
Advice to owner:
Tami Burgess you don’t know how to be a landlord cause you knew I have a 2 month old daughter the way it be so cold in my apartment I don’t need my child getting sick so you need to step down as a landlord and let the city handle this cause you really don’t know what you doing
