Land Lord doesn’t care about his tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartments and very easy to find parking during the day when you get back home from work.
Cons:
They give you the apartment with no renovation of any kind. Super is a lazy man and always expect you to pay him when you ask him to do something that is his job to do. Neighbors don’t have any consideration about the noises they make at any hour of the day.
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to their tenants and get a new younger super.
