Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
It is infested with roaches and rats and she will try to act like she doesn't know what's goin on she pays cheap people from craigslist that don't have license to repair issues in her boiler room. When you come to view property it will smell like extreme bleach so that no roaches would appear to you but after a week or two of moving in they will appear and she will act like it's your fault in apt 2 they will start coming from the bathroom multiple renters have said their is a infestation and she has tried to blame them for it
