Its right above a church where u hear everything its not sound proof so if u work late nights and sleep In the mornings especially on Sundays just know u won't get a good sleep, the landlord rented the apartment paid first, last and realtor fee and the next month you'll receive a notice to vacate because u ask him to fix a few things in the bathroom that needed to be fixed
Advice to the owners
Stop being cheap
