Quiet overnight for sleeping

Absolute fuckin nightmare

Pros:
Garbage management is fine. The building is very close to essential stores.
Cons:
The neighbors are egregiously inconsiderate, more so in the summer, in terms of cleanliness and volume.

The management is horrendous. They do not enforce the rules and regulations of ones lease.

Nothing is done about the blatant loitering and LITTERING in the building.
Advice to owner:
Install cameras asap. Compose and send to every tenant a letter encouraging them to be respectful and mindful. Otherwise folks will be fined for littering and disregarding the quiet hours.

Disgusting and very noisy

Pros:
Close to public transportation and essential shopping stores.
Cons:
Neighbors are very rude and noisy. Kids are left to play in the hallways at all types of hours of the night. The entire building is infested with roaches and mice. Neighbors don’t make it easy by leaving garbage in the hallways.
Advice to owner:
Please install working cameras and encore lease rules.
