Apartment is big

Pros:
You are close to the subway and buses. A lot of supermarkets, deli’s, and fast food restaurants. Great school for children.
Cons:
The building itself is a different story. The plumbing is bad because tenants have washing machines. The rodents infestation is disgusting. Mouses was literally jumping off the table. You don’t have a super that’s available whenever needed. Management don’t like to fix anything. If they do it’s never fixed properly so they’ll have to come back.
Advice to owner:
Maintain building properly.
