Don’t move here unless you’re desperate
Former Tenant
Pros:
There was not anything I liked about this building besides it’s easy access to transportation.
Cons:
This building had a huge pest problem and the super was always hard to reach. The building was consistently dirty and the the lobby door was never fully secured. The tenants in here were extremely loud and the landlord is known for most evictions in NYC. he does not care about anyone in his priorities and he makes that clear.
Advice to owner:
My harsh advice is to find a new profession.

Advice to owner:

Hell and Back
Former Tenant
Pros:
There’s an elevator and live-in super. The neighborhood is near the NYC subway and Metro-North.
Cons:
Repairs are hard to get because of lack of responsiveness and inherent problems in an old building-old electrical outlets, old windows, old plumbing. You have to call 311 to get anything done. Repairs are shoddily done.

No good to live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Just the space of the apartment and nice looking that it.
Cons:
When you come in the lobby it smell like trash and it always dirty. And all the floors you go to dirty not mops the hallways and the elevator jumps and is very slow and has a lot of roaches in the hallway and the apartment and mouse as well and the heat no heat apartment are always as cold as outside and two of the radiators in my apartment don’t work only two do. And the landlord has no manner and no respect for tenants treat them like they shit the building is no good at all.
Advice to owner:
Fix up the building and fix his bed side manner as well I read his college history went to college for psychology and that was a waste because he doesn’t know how to treat people he no good will never rent from a slumlord again.
