Love living here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I really like living here. In the 4 years I have been here, I have found the landlord and super to be reasonable. It’s a clean building and typically quiet. The tenants are all pretty decent people. Whenever I have asked for something to be repaired the response has been within a reasonable time frame. I really like the super and his family. Very good people.
Cons:
The windows can use some updating. We had a bit of a rodent problem at one point but the Landlord stayed on it and made some repairs as needed to close off their path. The problem was resolved. I rarely see roaches and the exterminator is very diligent.
Advice to owner:
Please update windows.
