Not great but not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
They make sure the garbage is handle and the neighbors are very quite so there’s no problem
Cons:
Pest control, no heat in the winter, superintendent does not answer when you need him or tbh at anytime, you schedule a time you both you and him get time and he never shows up
Advice to owner:
Please fix the bathrooms!!!!
