Cristina was responsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only a few neighbors. Landlord responds quickly to complaints. Never had any bug or rodent problems.
Cons:
Has a random unqualified handyman to do repairs and most of the time the power goes out because he wired the building incorrectly.
Advice to owner:
Rewire the building.
