I would NOT recommend moving into this unit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice area. Next to freeway.
Cons:
REFUSED to return deposit Owners (sister and brother who lives in the basement) have cameras EVERYWHERE. It’s really invasive. No doorbell Not allowed to have AC window units and be prepared to freeze in the winter, they are tight with the heat. Top floor- Floors are sinking in. We sat without power for nearly 16 hours because we didn’t have access to the breakers. SMALL FRIDGE, oh and make sure you check to see if the door closes because of the floors slope it will not catch and close.
Advice to owner:
Learn to be fair to those who were fair and paid ON TIME to you.

Do not rent any units that are available !!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Aside from the nice neighbors across the street and the tenants upstairs , I have absolutely nothing nice to say about my unit.
Cons:
Everything. No heat , no privacy , not allowed to have an AC unit , water pressure was horrible, the plumbing system is so bad they would have back ups every month and the smell from that was horrendous! Constantly felt like I was being watched, the las week I was staying at my apt the landlord shut my power and heat off and tried to blame it on ConEdiosn which is total bull$*!T. It was freezing in the winter time because who ever installed the windows did such a horrible job insulating the windows I always felt a constant draft, the landlord promised to have them insulated but did absolutely nothing and I had to freeze during the winter. I strongly advise whoever thinks about moving here to find a different unit it’s not worth it not to mention I didn’t get my deposit back in full !!
Advice to owner:
Get a life And learn how to stay out of peoples business that doesn’t concern you !
