Pros:
He is a bully & a Liar!
Cons:
Owner collecting rent when house was in foreclosure. His daughter assaulted me had an order of protection on her. He cut off my lights without notice. Illegal basement apt. They used to throw trash on my doorstep. Landlords kids fighting day & night. His son was a peeping Tom thru our LR window. The worst!!! Please stay away from this owner. They are from Europe and had the nerve to call me illegal and to go back to my country. And I am a US CITIZEN.
Advice to owner:
None. He is beyond help. Worst mistake ever moving in here. Oh, and after I moved out. They followed me & stalked me at my new apartment. Was forced to call cops. All because he took me to court and I won.
