Such a shame…

Neighbors were nice, church and school across the street
Cons:
Mold, serious pest problem, building super was stealing from apartments, inconsistent management comoany
Advice to owner:
Such a nice location and you treat the building like it is crap.

Cleanliness is a huge problem for this building.

Hire proper professionals to clean, provide maintenance and repairs for the building.

Too many roaches and loud music. Never seen the Exterminador.
