Rent Stabilized Near Train Apt.

Pros:
Neighbors are friendly. Dog friendly building. Close to train
Cons:
Lots of pests. Walk-up. Common areas are poorly lit and dirty.
Advice to owner:
Brighten up the space

Patchwork repairs, building falling apart

Pros:
The neighborhood is very nice but has been getting worse since the pandemic.
Cons:
The management and ‘super’ do not repair anything within a timely manner or repair up to standard.
Advice to owner:
Hire new management (super, porter) not some random guys from Washington Heights to do the job
