You Get What You Pay For
Former Tenant
Pros:
•It’s on a dead end street
•Large apartments
•Low rent
Cons:
*Site Manager Pablo will say “it’s an easy fix/there’s nothing wrong/my hands are tied/etc” to the majority if not all of the issues reported to him.
*Hard to get in touch with the Site Manager
*IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with the Building Manager Edith.
*If you find a way to communicate with Edith, her attitude is unprofessional and downright disgusting.
*They go for the absolute lowest bidder when it comes to contractors who fix issues in the apartment and it shows in their quality of work and work ethic.
*Theres a rat issue
Advice to owner:
Re-evaluate your tenant response. Stop hiring the absolute cheapest contractors; they do horrible work so you end up having to pay even MORE to fix the job they did so poorly. Respond to issues in a timely fashion method; don’t wait until it turns into highly dangerous or disastrous issue.
