Needs lots of work......

Pros:
The Super is Great!
Cons:
This building is dated, rodents run wild! Landlord does nothing to fix the apartments. All they know to do is patch things up and never replace anything. Everything is old and decrepit.......
Advice to owner:
How about new cabinets for all apartments. It would be nice if you can get an exterminator to look for and cover all the holes in every apartment. Bathrooms are gross too!!!!!!!!
