Clean, quiet, building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, quiet, building located in a great neighborhood. There are laundry rooms located on each floor. A 24-hour doorman. The Bx10 bus is about a 5-minute walk which you can take to the subway. Hardwood floors throughout. I really enjoyed living here.
Cons:
The apartment is not close to the subway (about 1 mile away from the 1 Train). Fitness center/gym is not that great.
