Bugs bugs bugs

Pros:
The rent is affordable and the space is adequate. Most neighbors are respectful. Landlord is responsive and helpful.
Cons:
Pest control is minimal. We had a pest issue with roaches in our sink area, likely coming from next door. Windows are out of frame so air constantly comes in from the outside. We had a leaky radiator that the super (Lou) fixed.
