A few nice neighbors.

Cons

Awful management, pests, leaks in ceiling nearly once a year — one I had to take the landlord to court to get fixed. Was contacting 311 to get anything done.

Advice to the owners

Provide habitable conditions for the tenants who pay you.

Roaches in the walls. They come out of everywhere everything they renovate an apt. Gross. Practically no heat given to tenants.
