Good building in a nice neighborhood

Pros:
The long term residents are great. Building is clean and secure Great location Wonderful neighborhood Really nice back yard space I don’t know about other units but area is updated and really nice
Cons:
Bugs have been an on going problem. The exterminator say a lot of it has to do with all the construction in the area. Can hear the noice from tenants above who play loud music. It’s a non smoking building but there are some who still smoke. Some of the renters aren’t as considerate as those who own in the building.
Advice to owner:
Try and fix the bugs

Beautiful well-kept building in great neighborhood Great community of tenants
Cons:
Property owner Freeport Equities has slamlord techniques - ex not fixing up shower and front door intercom for 2 years. There was no working heating in bedroom for a whole winter I got sick several times and missed work. Could started unnecessary legal proceedings against 4 out of 6 tenants. Wasted Freeports resources. Takes money for every little thing - ex building kept my move-in deposit even though I didn’t cause any damage reason: I had a few paper boxes in front of my door for a few days when I moved in. Total double standard: several tenants have items in front of their door permanently which is a fire hazard. Landlady is disrespectful to me and screams at me and talks to me in a condescending way from day one. Harasses me a single mom during covid despite of the Safe Harbor Act - reporting landlord to the Attorney General at this point.
Advice to owner:
Fire Annette Gould - money hungry miser angry crazy landlord. Causing unnecessary legal expenses to the building and harassing tenants who haven’t done any damage to the property.
