Well Maintained building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I have not seen one roach in this building, quiet neighborhood, and friendly neighbors!
Cons:
Wish there was a common space for everyone to gather or a community rooftop garden.
Advice to owner:
Should have common space for the co-op owners.
