It is freezing in winter

Pros:
Clean, nice quite neighborhood, good school
Cons:
The heat, the heat, the heat Always broken, always needs maintenance especially in very cold days you will be freezing inside Water boiler the same The super is mostly rude and doesn’t really care
Advice to owner:
Fix your heat system
