Constant mold growth with smell, decaying wood, cracked ceilings, rust
Former Tenant
Pros:
I actually have nothing to say. The lobby and walk up are the only clean spaces in the building.
Cons:
The lack of response from management in a consistent manner is really distasteful. From day one, I have faced issues that were given to me “as is” but the apartment is virtually unlivable. Bugs and rodents have made what was once a clean apartment home and have easy access due to the holes, broken wood and the overall build. The ceilings are falling in. Mold comes through the ceilings and all wood fixtures. There is a sick smell that still has not been taken care of. The tenant rented this as is knowing that it was not just an as is apartment for living but it was infested, moldy and sick. It’s very unfortunate.
