BEWARE of the dishonesty from landlord and super!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is across the street from Van Courtland Park
Cons:
Unreliable Super, do not do repairs as promised, try to introduce additional fees/taxes on things without consulting the tenant.
Advice to owner:
Stop being so dishonest. Our ceiling continues to leak, it is NOT being fixed contrary to your promises. We still have electrical sockets not covered that was promised to be fixed. We have been here for three years and still not fixed. You have hired a super who is slick, assigns parking spots for those who pay HIM an additional “processing and findersfee” and the payment is in money orders so he can then claim it never happened. You are all so dishonest!!!
