Great location, terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's across the street from a park Neighbors are mostly quiet and friendly, aside from the more elderly tenants, which act as if the building is theirs just because they've lived there since the dawn of time
Cons:
Mold Roaches Mice Dilapidated conditions in tiles, bathroom, kitchen that go unrepaired The laziest superintendent in all of the Bronx Management office employees are rude and/or unresponsive Heat is arbitrarily turned on, even when it's below 50º outside
Advice to owner:
Answer the helpline emails; reimburse tenants for repairs and upgrades that you refuse to make; fire Cynthia and Melba and hire people with compassion and professionalism
