Well maintained but very noisy building.

Pros:
Building is kept super clean. Super is friendly and makes extra effort to keep everything in order. There are cameras everywhere which makes people feel safe.
Cons:
Noise will hit you from all fronts.. the street, hallway, walls, and neighbors below, above, and next to you. Walls are paper thin so you will hear everything that goes on next door which means your neighbors will hear you. The floor carpet rule is not enforced and apt owners are treated like gold while renters are treated like second class citizens.
Advice to owner:
Enforce house rules for everyone not just select few. Be more responsive to complaints and requests.
