Pros:
None except Heating and water
Cons:
This building is full of drug dealers and junkies to which Building management has turned a blind eye. The management is very unprofessional. Avoid Garson Management LLC and this building at all costs. They are not responsive and most unsympathetic people you will ever find. They don’t care even if you’re dying. All they are interested is in the rent collection. Noise is another big problem in this building.
Advice to owner:
The owner needs to replace its management staff immediately. He needs to have a strict screening process to only allow good decent professional hardworking people to rent the apartments and kick-out all the drug addicts and troublemakers if he wants to save his reputation in the market.
