Nice and Friendly apartment

Pros:
Neighbors and door men are really friendly. Laundry is quick and easy and everything has always worked well
Cons:
Gym can use a little update. A couple machines don't work and treadmill has a disclaimer on it.

Seems like a Gem but Hidden nightmare

Mice throughout the building
Ladybug infestation coming from balcony
Super cold apartment
Neighbors are nosey and find children to be an inconvenience
If your not over 65 you should not live here
Super is somewhat clueless
Rent went up almost 400 in 3 years
Difficulty getting back my full security deposit
