Stay away- do not rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building has gotten worse and worse throughout the years. There is absolutely no pros about this building anymore
Cons:
Back yard is filled with garbage and rats. No heat for tenants no matter how much you complain. The woman downstairs in the office only cares about collecting the rent instead of the building issues
Advice to owner:
Sell the property asap
