Pros:
Nothing about this apartment
Cons:
The building is falling apart from top to bottom. There’s mice. Several tenants ceilings are now on the floor. Lots of drug addicts hanging in and around building. Parties in front of the building daily and not from the people that actually live in the building. The super and owner will not respond to you until 311 is involved. This place is all around trash
