Pros:
honestly if it wasn’t this far north i’d live here forever but i need access to the financial district and commuting late at night up here kind of sucks
Cons:
the location is a bit far from the city
Advice to owner:
keep doing great things! however, maybe some AC in the lobby because my God it gets awfully hot
