The landlord doesn’t fix the boiler correctly
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, the building is clean most of the time
Cons:
No heat or hot water through out the winter the boiler is always broken and Apartments are infested with water bugs . The supers helper is very nasty with woman only .
Advice to owner:
Need to care about their tenants people shouldn’t be living with a broken boiler that they fix for like one week then it’s brakes again they should invest in a new boiler this is not okay .
