Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighbors that are friendly.
Cons:
Winter: never hot water or heat. Landlord blames the boiler is damage and never fixes it. Entire building if full of mold.
Advice to owner:
Fix your building. You have great tenants but you do not fix anything. Building is not well maintained
