Worst building ever

Pros:
Nothing to say that is a pro
Cons:
Super destroyed building more. Drugs drugs drugs. Lots of drugs. Lots of homeless people moving in. No heat and super does not fix anything. Herion addicts doing drugs in the stairs and sleeping in the stairs. Tenants grown adults hang out in the stairs bring furniture and speakers and have parties.fire hazard stair cases have furniture stored. Tenants use stair case as storage instead of their apartments.
Advice to owner:
Find new managers

The building is getting worst and worst.

Pros:
The garbage men do take the trash out.
Cons:
It’s still dirty. These people raised their kids to be hoodlums. They make it so ghetto and the landlord god forbid we could consistently get heat or hot water smh.
Advice to owner:
Please up keep your building !!!

Worse building ever!

Pros:
I like absolutely nothing about this building.
Cons:
Garbage is always bad, the back of the building is always dirty, elevators always out, super of the building is lazy, always having floods in my apartment & it’s NEVER any heat!
Advice to owner:
Take better care of this building !!!

This building is a disaster!

Pros:
Only good thing is the Balcony
Cons:
Everything dirty, elevators, staircase, also... elevator doesn’t work like 5 time a week which is ridiculous because there is 14 floors and a lot of people are older and disabled. Super is hard to find all the time.
Advice to owner:
Do better, people still paying rent and it’s like you don’t care.

Have to harass management in order for work orders to be responded too.
