HORRIBLE !
Former Tenant
Pros:
Low rent , near buses , near stores
Cons:
Dirty floors, groups of people hang around in front of building all around , people live here that don’t clean after themselves garbage all over lobby and floors. Elavators always almost never work . Also groups of people in the lobby almost all the time just drinking and smoking. Broken glass on doors and elavator windows
Advice to owner:
Actually try and do something to make this building livable for the working people here actually paying their rent .

My building review.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some people in the building are friendly and it’s convenient for stores and laundry near by.
Cons:
The pest control is really bad the garbage is not placed where it’s supposed to. Loud music all the time. Safety. Too much fun shots
Advice to owner:
When people are paying for their rents they deserve to get their place fixed.
