Stay away from this hell hole! This building is very old and very dirty!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Horrible building
Cons:
Building is disgusting just like the people that live in it! The super is lazy and lacks experience.Management is horrible and take years to make basic repairs! They also raise your rent to compensate for needed repairs in the building there is no heat during the winter, water pressure sucks! It’s a miracle this building hasn’t crumbled yet.
Advice to owner:
Sell the property! Demolish it and start all over.
