Extremely careless
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, good heat, and a Great area
Cons:
Disgusting up keeping, no repairs, The building looks abandoned, no care for the tenants, superintendent has no respect for tenant, we are not allowed to reach super after hours or have his phone number for emergency.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants more!
