Vermin and heating issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
In a nice neighborhood
Cons:
There is a water bug/roach and rodent issue. The building does not properly disclose of the garbage. There are garbage shoots on each floor, however, tenets toss their garbage on the first floor throughout the night. This creates a huge mess of overflowing garbage cans and garbage on the floor for roaches and rodents to feast on. It is disgusting as to walk to the parking lot in the morning you need to pass through this filth.
Additionally, adequate heat is not provided during the winter months. Multiple complains and 311 calls have been made but the issues persist.
Advice to owner:
Hire more staff to properly maintain a 11 story building! The building only has a super and an assistant. That is not enough staff to properly clean and maintain such a huge building. Figure out how to properly disclose of the garbage so the building doesn’t get overran by roaches and mice!
