The apartment's are rat infested I have rats that looks like cats
Former Tenant
Pros:
I don't like anything about the building it is rat infested and management dose nothing to get rid of the rats. Looking for a place to move but apartment are hard to find, but I bet the owners don't live with rats.
Cons:
The building is rat 🐀 infected even in the court yard you have to run 🏃♀️ from the rats 🐀 before they jump on you they cover the holes in my apartment and the same day less then an hour they chew through the walls again I catch more then 10 rats 🐀 a day.if i have to rate my development I give them a zero.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the development all 3 of them and do something to get rid of the rats 🐀 infestation you have in all 3 court yard and stop being a slum lord that you are.
