Pros:
Few units in each section
Cons:
So many different pests, neighbors will eventually bother you, management office only open during business hours so forget about after hours emergencies or weekends.
Advice to owner:
Please offer services outside of business hours or weekends for people who work during the management office times.

Cons:
Roaches, mice, pests. Neighbors will disturb you.
Advice to owner:
Offer services outside of business hours for people who work for the rent.
