Affordable housing. NYCHA building. Area is okay.
Infested with roaches and mold. It takes forever for a ticket to be taken when something is broken or needs to be fixed. The housing manager is greedy. Constantly wants rent but won’t fix anything, has their tenants living in infestations and mold and broken walls.
Leave. You don’t do your job correctly and you don’t care for the people.
