Good tenant in a bad house

Pros:
The people in the neighborhood
Cons:
Dont never paint in 6 years ceiling fell over 5 different times lead mole mice’s infested can’t live with out a cat. Never clean the hallway that you use to enter the house
Advice to owner:
Take the money and keep up the house
