CSA Preservation Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
I have no nice things to say at the
Cons:
The lack of building maintenance, not clean, the level of mold that you can smell throughout the apartment, tenants have no courtesy in cleaning up after their dog so they often leave urine and feces inside AND outside the building. Oh and don't get me started about the pests...it does not matter how much bottle of bleach you use, it does not help and this new management company cares more about money then the actual need of tenants. The lack of negligence when it comes to trying to lower your rent due to life circumstances they sit on paperwork during interim change and the moment you fall behind on rent, they quickly take you to court
Advice to owner:
please just do your jobs
