Not the worse building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great heat when Coleman management takes care of the garbage, there is paid parking in the back but a waiting list. The apartments are large for nyc standards
Cons:
The neighbors do not wear masks, sometimes the elevators are slow, people don’t pick up after their dog in the parking lot. Some people or pets or whatever defecate or pee in the stair well or sometimes on the public common areas and leave it
Advice to owner:
Interview people before letting them move in. Crack down on illegal pets

Management sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is key here, transportation and some of the best eateries It’s a hop and a skip to 3rd Avenue.
Cons:
The building needs major repairs.
Advice to owner:
It is time to replace countertops in most units and repair water-damaged walls and ceiling. You are letting a beautiful building in a not-so-bad neighborhood go to waste.
